March for Aleppo
On December 17, 2016, London witnessed a powerful display of solidarity as thousands participated in the "March for Aleppo." This protest, organized by the Syria Solidarity Campaign, aimed to draw global attention to the devastating humanitarian crisis unfolding in Aleppo, Syria, and to advocate for immediate ceasefires and humanitarian aid. The marchers' placards poignantly depicted blood-red imagery, symbolizing the profound suffering endured by civilians amidst the conflict. This series offers an intimate look into the expressions and emotions of those who took to the streets, capturing the collective grief, hope, and unwavering call for justice. Through these images, I endeavor to document the human spirit's resilience and the global community's commitment to standing with the people of Aleppo during their time of profound need.
